3-A.Go to the game installed folder(C:\OceanFishing\OceanFishing)
3-B.Find the log file “OceanFishing.txt” which one should be generated after the problem occurred.
3-C.Send the log file to us(gngmanager@gmail.com)

Dear Customers,

We have launched a new game launcher for Ocean Fishing.
It would give you better user experience in game downloading and installing.
(It will support other games in soon)

Please refer to the user guide as below.

<User Guide>
1. In General
- Supportable Browsers : Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Opera.
- Loading Time : It can take a few minutes to install Java plug-in.
- If you can't see game download pop up box then please check your browser setting about blocking pop-ups and cancel it.

2. For Window XP users
- Download folder should be named with alphabet.
- The log in ID for the PC should be alphabet based so if yours is not then create an alphabet based account one and use it .(We will patch it in soon to solve this issue).

3. Ocean Fishing Users who installed the game before April 11, 2013(GMT+9).
- The launcher should be updated.
- Game re-installation is recommended when the updated launcher doesn't work properly.

- How to release Smart Screen Filter of Internet Explorer 9 -

The Full version of game client downloading may have interruption by Smart Screen Filter.

<Set up Smart Screen Filter disable>
1) Check internet browser is Explorer version 9.
2) If so, Select Internet Explorer ? Tools ? Internet Option ? Advanced ? Setting
3) Release the check box of Smart Screen Filter active.
4) Press the button of [Apply] or [Confirm]

In case of Smart Screen Filter disabled, Windows security system will be potentially unsafe.
Please turn back Smart Screen Filter active after complete downloading game client.

1) On the Internet browser (Internet Explorer as an example) select the ‘Internet Option’
2) Security Tap > Click on ‘User defined’
3) Display mixed content > Select ‘use’
4) Refresh the browser window, or simply close and restart the browser and visit www.gamengame.com

Deactivating the pop-up block function
On the tools of the internet browser menu (internet explorer is used for this example) you have the option of selecting/deselecting the pop-up block function. If you deselect this function, you will be able to see the pop-up window information on our Game&Game site.

- Internet Explorer 6.0 and up, Netscape 7.0 and up, Mozzilla Firefox 1.5 and up, Opera 7.0 and up, and Google Chrome.
- The contents are optimized for 1,024 X 768의 graphic resolution.

On the bottom part of 'My Page > private info' page click on the 'Membershop secession'. You will be guided through the cancellation procedures.

- Click on 'My Page' on the upper right part of the global menu.
- On 'My Page>Personal Member' page change the status of 'confirmation of newsletter' to 'I don't agree' and click 'Modify'.

On the upper right part of the global menu of the log in page, click on 'Find Password'. You will be prompted to enter the email address that you used for registration, and click 'Submit'. Your password will be sent to the your email address.

On our homepage, you can fill out the online registration form by clicking on 'Join Us' on the upper part of the menu. After verifying that your email address is valid for registration, you can input the country and create your username and password.
