2.The status description when the game running was stopped.
3.Send us the log data.
3-A.Go to the game installed folder(C:\OceanFishing\OceanFishing)
3-B.Find the log file “OceanFishing.txt” which one should be generated after the problem occurred.
3-C.Send the log file to us(gngmanager@gmail.com)

OceanFishing game launcher User's guide |

Dear Customers,
We have launched a new game launcher for Ocean Fishing.
It would give you better user experience in game downloading and installing.
(It will support other games in soon)
Please refer to the user guide as below.
<User Guide>
1. In General
- Supportable Browsers : Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Opera.
- Loading Time : It can take a few minutes to install Java plug-in.
- If you can't see game download pop up box then please check your browser setting about blocking pop-ups and cancel it.
2. For Window XP users
- Download folder should be named with alphabet.
- The log in ID for the PC should be alphabet based so if yours is not then create an alphabet based account one and use it .(We will patch it in soon to solve this issue).
3. Ocean Fishing Users who installed the game before April 11, 2013(GMT+9).
- The launcher should be updated.
- Game re-installation is recommended when the updated launcher doesn't work properly.

The Full version of game client downloading may have interruption by Smart Screen Filter.
<Set up Smart Screen Filter disable>
1) Check internet browser is Explorer version 9.
2) If so, Select Internet Explorer ? Tools ? Internet Option ? Advanced ? Setting
3) Release the check box of Smart Screen Filter active.
4) Press the button of [Apply] or [Confirm]
In case of Smart Screen Filter disabled, Windows security system will be potentially unsafe.
Please turn back Smart Screen Filter active after complete downloading game client.
