As Player 1, you can move using "W,A,S,D", hit with "C", throw grenades with "V", jump with "W" (even walk on the wall), switch weapons with "Q-E", and unleash a special attack with "Q+E" when the SP Bar is full. As Player 2, you can move with the "ARROW KEYS", hit with "L", throw grenades with "K", jump with the "UP ARROW KEY" (also walk on the wall), switch weapons with "O-P", and launch a special attack with "O+P" when the SP Bar is full.
